- The Northern Virginia Resident Agency (NVRA) is a state-of-the-art facility located in Manassas, Virginia. The NVRA is a “green” facility and is the first FBI building to be awarded gold certification under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program. The NVRA opened a new regional training and conference center facility in 2009.
