What is the Proposal Dashboard?

The Proposal Dashboard is a module where proposal files are submitted by vendors against specific solicitations as instructed by proposal submission guidelines contained within a solicitation.
To access the proposal dashboard, register using the Registration link at the the top of the page. Then select the Proposal Dashboard link from the left side Navigation Menu, then select the solicitation from the dropdown and upload your proposal.
