Employee Spotlight

In his Employee Spotlight video, Key talks about the gap national labs like Argonne fill in mankind's pursuit of scientific and technological breakthroughs as well as his work to improve our understanding and application of energy storage.

Argonne is inviting applications for the position of director of Chemical Sciences and Engineering (CSE), one of the five research divisions within the Physical Sciences and Engineering Directorate. The division includes major ongoing research programs in energy storage, solar energy, fuel cells, catalysis, chemical dynamics, optical physics, actinide science and geochemistry. Through these programs, Argonne chemists and engineers work to revolutionize how we will create, store and use energy in the 21st Century.

The CSE division maintains a number of state-of-the-art facilities, engages deeply with national user facilities, and has a staff of over 200 at all levels of expertise.
