Sealed bids must be submitted to the Executive Director's Office no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 16, 2016. Please clearly mark sealed bids with "Surplus Vehicle Bid". Bids must contain, at a minimum, the year, make and model of each vehicle and the bid amount.

All items are offered for sale on an "as-is" basis with no warranty or guarantee.

Where applicable, due diligence is used to ensure accurate descriptions.

All sales are final.

Location of the vehicles is listed. Prospective bidders may look over the vehicles at any time but, if interior access or a key is necessary, advance arrangements need to be made with Rich Ramsey, Maintenance Director, at (208) 843-7405 or by email at richr@nezperce.org.

All vehicles that are sold must be paid for in full within five business days. Merchandise that is not paid for by the end of the 5th business day will be offered to the next highest bidder without further notification to the original high bidder.

All vehicles that are sold must be moved within five business days. Merchandise not removed by the end of the 5th business day is subject to resale.
