The Library of Virginia requires a pre-paid service fee. Orders can be placed online, by mail, by telephone, or by fax. Please note: fees are nonrefundable. The original documents relating to some index entries in the catalog have not survived. If you have any question about the availability of your order, please contact us before ordering materials.

To order materials by mail or fax, please print and complete the applicable forms from the categories listed below, and return them to the Library of Virginia with payment. A fee of $25.00 is charged for all returned checks.
