Do you need to obtain or renew a dust control plan?
- YES: Get the Fugitive Dust Control Plans: Instructions document or go to the Combined Storm Water Permit and Fugitive Dust Plan Permit Application Web Site; then got to the next question.
- NO: Go to the next question.
Do you need an open burning permit?
- YES: Go to Regulations for Residential Open Burning; then go to Part 2: New Source Review Permits.
