.AVIATION...

VFR conditions will prevail at the majority of terminals through
the forecast period. However, there may be a period of light to
moderate fog formation at KMCB...KHDC...and KBTR between 10z and
14z this morning. Have included a mention of MVFR visibilities
between 3 and 5 miles to reflect this risk. Any fog should burn
off after 14z, and expect VFR conditions to prevail the remainder
of the day. 32
