...FREEZE WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH
MONDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures between 27-32 degrees
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of North Mississippi, West Tennessee, East
  Arkansas and the Missouri Bootheel.

* WHEN...From late Sunday night through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could have impacts on
  agricultural and horticultural interests. Sensitive vegetation
  may be damaged or killed if left uncovered. A freeze Monday
  morning likely will end the growing season.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold. To prevent
freezing and possible bursting of outdoor water pipes they should
be wrapped, drained, or allowed to drip slowly. Those that have
in-ground sprinkler systems should drain them and cover above-
ground pipes to protect them from freezing.
