To conform with the “Three-Day Rule” amendments to the Federal Rules of Appellate, Civil, Criminal, and Bankruptcy Procedures which take effect on December 1, 2016, the Judges of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio approved amendments to Local Rule 7.1 and Appendix B ¶ 14. The amendments remove the extra three days to act after service by electronic means under FRCP 5(b)(2)(E).
