The 2017 Ninth Circuit Civics Contest is an essay and video competition for high school students in the western U.S and Pacific Islands.  Entries accepted beginning February 1, 2017.  The theme of the contest is "NOT TO BE FORGOTTEN: Legal Lessons of the Japanese Internment".
