The U.S. District Court is pleased to announce the following free seminars to be held in 2017 for federal practitioners:

Rule 13.05 Open Forum - Webinar and Materials

On January 12, 2017, the Court, in cooperation with the U.S. Attorney's Office and Office of Federal Public Defender, hosted an open forum to discuss the amendments to Local Rule 13.05, Pleadings and Documents Filed Under Seal. These amendments will take effect on February 1, 2017.

CJA Application Deadline for New Members

The next bi-annual meeting of the Court's Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Committee will be held in March of 2017. Any attorney requesting to be a new member of the CJA Lead Panel or Training Panel for the Eastern District of Missouri shall submit a completed application for membership no later than February 1, 2017. Applications shall be sent to the attention of Clerk of Court Gregory J.
