ABOUT THE FILE CONTENTS: The Gas Plant Location file contains the physical location information and status for each natural gas plant in the state of Utah. This file can be merged in a database program with some of the other Gas Plant files. Below is a description of each field in the table. |
| FIELD NAME | DESCRIPTION |

| PLANT_CD | Abbreviated code names for plants. This is a KEY data field for linking to the Gas Plant Summary Data, Gas Plant Liquid Production Data, and Gas Plant Well Allocation Data. |
| PLANT_NAME | Name of the gas processing plant. |
| ACCT_NUM | Plant operator account number. Works together with alternate address code (ALT_ADDRES). This is a KEY data field for linking to the Gas Plant Summary Data, Gas Plant Liquid Production Data, Gas Plant Well Allocation Data, and Operator Data. |
| ALT_ADDRES | Alternate address flag. Works together with operator account number (ACCT_NUM). This is a KEY data field that must be used when linking to some of the other data tables by ACCT_NUM. |
| PLANT_ADDR | Address street. |
| PLANT_CITY | Address city. |
| PLANT_STATE | Address state. |
| PLANT_ZIP | Address zip. |
| PLANT_LOC | Section, township, and range location of gas plant. |
| COUNTY | County location of gas plant. |
| STATUS | Current status of plant: Active or Inactive. |
