1/ The FY 2015 appropriation bill did not include any credit subsidy for the Section 108 program but directs that the program move to a fee basis when credit subsidy carried forward from FY 2014 is exhausted.

2/ Section 1131 of the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 provides for HTF to be funded with an affordable housing set-aside by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

3/ $5,000,000 shall remain available until expended for rehabilitation projects with 10-year grant terms.
