(WBOR)


  1. COURT/PAROLE CONDITIONS OF RELEASE: You shall obey your Court Order and/or Parole Commission Order, and special conditions. You acknowledge that you have waived your 4th amendment right to search and seizure and continue to be subject to search of your person, residence, vehicle, and any other real property; you are also subject to drug and alcohol testing in a manner prescribed by the Division of Probation and Parole.
  2. LAWS AND COOPERATION: You shall obey all laws, municipal, county, state and federal. You shall comply with all lawful requests of any agent of the Idaho Dept. of Correction, and shall be completely truthful at all times with any agent of the Idaho Dept. of Correction. During any contact with law enforcement personnel, you shall provide your identity, and notify the law enforcement officer(s) that you are under supervision. You will report this contact via the WBOR site within 48 hours.
  3. ALCOHOL/CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: You shall not purchase, possess, or consume any alcoholic beverage. You also shall not use, possess, or purchase any illegal drug, or any prescription medication that was not prescribed to you by a licensed physician or dentist.
  4. FIREARMS/WEAPONS: You shall not purchase, carry, possess, or have control of any firearms, chemical weapons, electronic weapons, explosives or other dangerous weapons.
  5. RESTITUTION: You shall pay restitution and other fees as ordered by the Court or Parole Commission.
  6. COST OF SUPERVISION: You will comply with Idaho Code 20-225, which authorizes a cost of supervision fee of $30 per month.
  7. REPORTS: You will submit a truthful report via the WBOR site every month.
  8. EMPLOYMENT: You will document any change of employment on your monthly report via the WBOR site.
  9. RESIDENCE: You will report any change of residence via the WBOR site within 48 hours of moving.
  10. TRAVEL: You will not leave the state without first obtaining permission from your Limited Supervision Unit Officer.
    • Offenders with a last name beginning with A-L: contact LSU1@idoc.idaho.gov.

You understand that you are NOT on unsupervised probation or parole, and that you are on a Low Risk Caseload.
  1. LAWS AND CONDUCT: You will obey all municipal, county, state and federal laws. You will cooperate with the requests of your probation/parole officer. Cooperation includes being truthful. If you are detained by law enforcement, you will tell the officer(s) that you are on felony supervision, and the name of your probation/parole officer. You will notify your probation/parole officer of any such contact within 24 hours via the WBOR site.
  2. REPORTING: You will report as directed by your probation/parole officer.
  3. RESIDENCE: You will reside in a location approved by your probation/parole officer. You will not change your approved place of residence without first obtaining permission from your probation/parole officer. You will report any change of residence via the WBOR site within 48 hours of moving.
  4. FIREARMS AND WEAPONS: You will not purchase, carry, possess, or have control of any firearms, chemical weapons, electronic weapons, explosives, or other weapons. Any weapons or firearms seized may be forfeited to the Idaho Department of Correction (IDOC) for disposal. You will not reside at any location where firearms are present.
  5. SEARCH: You consent to the search of your person, residence, vehicle, personal property, and other real property or structures owned or leased by you, or for which you are the controlling authority conducted by any agent of IDOC or a law enforcement officer. You hereby waive your rights under the Fourth Amendment and the Idaho constitution concerning searches.
  6. EMPLOYMENT: You will seek and maintain employment, or a program, to include a stay at home parent, approved by your probation/parole officer, and will not change employment or program without first obtaining permission from your supervising officer. You will report any change of employment on your monthly report via the WBOR site.
  7. ASSOCIATIONS: You will not knowingly be in the presence of or communicate with person(s) prohibited by any IDOC agent.
  8. TRAVEL: You will not leave the State of Idaho or the assigned district without first obtaining permission from your probation/parole officer.
  9. ALCOHOL: You will not purchase, possess, or consume alcoholic beverages in any form, will not enter any establishment where alcohol is a primary source of income, and will not work in an establishment where alcohol is the primary source of income unless otherwise ordered by the Court/Commission or your probation/parole officer.
  10. CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES: You will only purchase, possess or consume controlled substances lawfully prescribed for you, and then, only in the manner prescribed. Nor will you use or possess any substance your probation/parole officer forbids you from using or possessing.
  11. SUBSTANCE ABUSE TESTING: You will submit to any test for alcohol or controlled substances as requested and directed by any IDOC agent or other law enforcement officer. A dilute or adulterated sample, or a failure to provide a sample, will be deemed a positive test. You agree that you may be required to obtain tests at your own expense. You hereby waive any objection to the admission of those blood, urine, or breath test results presented in the form of a certified affidavit.
  12. EVALUATION AND PROGRAM PLAN: You will obtain any treatment evaluation deemed necessary as ordered by the Court/Commission or requested by any agent of IDOC. You will meaningfully participate in and successfully complete any treatment, counseling or other programs deemed beneficial as directed by the Court/Commission or any agent of IDOC. You understand you may be required to attend treatment, counseling or other programs at your own expense.
  13. ABSCONDING SUPERVISION: You will not leave or attempt to leave the state or the assigned district in an effort to abscond or flee supervision. You will be available for supervision as instructed by your probation/parole officer and will not actively avoid supervision.
  14. INTRASTATE/INTERSTATE VIOLATIONS: You waive any objection to the admission into evidence of any probation/parole violation allegation documents submitted by the agency or your supervising officer in another district or state at any probation/parole violation hearing.
  15. EXTRADITION: You waive extradition to the State of Idaho and will not contest any effort to return to the State of Idaho. You will pay for the cost of extradition as ordered by the Court/Commission.
  16. COURT-ORDERED FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS: You will pay all costs, fees, fines and restitution in the amount ordered by the Court/Commission, in the manner designated by the Court/Commission or your probation/parole officer.
  17. COST OF SUPERVISION: You will comply with Idaho Code 20-225 which authorizes the IDOC to collect a cost of supervision fee. You will pay supervision fees as directed by the Department.
