The Kentucky Board of Chiropractic Examiners is the state agency responsible for protecting the public by licensing and regulating chiropractors. Throughout this site you will find information relative to the practice of chiropractic within the Commonwealth.

 
The KBCE is a self-supporting agency and receives no general fund tax appropriation.  It is funded entirely through fees assessed for licensing its professionals.

Mailing List Order Form

Use this form to order a mailing list of Kentucky licensed chiropractors. If you wish to use a credit card or online check (ACH debit), please fill out that information on the bottom of the form and fax to our office. Otherwise, a payment via check or money order must be mailed to the Board office for processing. Mailing List Request form.pdf (PDF. 31K)

Name/Address Change

Use this form to submit a name or address change for your home or business to the Board. Kentucky law requires that licensed chiropractors notify the Board within ten (10) days of any change of address or change in practice location.  Name/Address Change Form.  (PDF. 11K) Use this Facility Registration Form to change or update the name of the facility or owner(s) of the faciity in which you practice.

2017 License Renewal Now Available

The link to the online renewal system is now available on the Overview page under Licensing & Renewal. You may check the database below to see if we have your required continuing education, or if you are able to log in, this means we have your certificates on file.
