The following instructions will help you request a MyMVC Account Number. You can use them as a guide and when your ready, click "Get Started" at the top of this page to start the process.

It is free to register for MyMVC. You will receive your account number through the mail in 7-10 days. We cannot give you your number through the Internet

This application will open in a new window. To view the application, make sure your browser's pop-up blocker is disabled. You can find most pop-up blocker settings in Options/Preferences under Content

Have your driver license number ready before you begin. You will also need to know your Social Security Number
