DRL HIGHLIGHTS

  • RT-STPS v5.9 Released - 12/14/2016

The DRL is pleased to announce the release of RT-STPS v5.9.  The Real-time Software Telemetry Processing System (RT-STPS) is a Java real-time application that ingests telemetry data from a spacecraft transmission or from an equivalent demodulated file, performs multi-mission protocol processing including link-layer artifact corrections, provides data integrity statistics, and produces output to a file or TCP/IP socket.

RT-STPS is preconfigured to ... READ MORE

  • RT-STPS v5.8 Released - 9/9/2016

The DRL is pleased to announce the release of RT-STPS v5.8.  The Real-time Software Telemetry Processing System (RT-STPS) is a generalized CCSDS data processing package. RT-STPS is a Java application that ingests telemetry data from a spacecraft transmission in real-time or from an equivalent demodulated file, performs multi-mission protocol processing including link-layer artifact corrections, provides data integrity statistics, and produces output to a ... • L2GEN SPA v8.9.10 Released - 7/6/2016

The Direct Readout Laboratory (DRL) is pleased to announce the release of the L2GEN SPA v8.9.10, as presented by the Ocean Biology Processing Group’s (OBPG) Fred Patt at the NDRC-9!

The L2GEN algorithm suite is from the OBPG's SeaWiFS Data Analysis System (SeaDAS).  This L2GEN Science Processing Algorithm (SPA) configuration produces MODIS Level 2 Ocean Color (daytime product, includes Chlorophyll-a [CHLOR_A] concentration) and ... READ MORE

  • VFIRE375 SPA v2.2.0 Released - 7/1/2016

The DRL is pleased to announce the release of the VIRE375 SPA v2.2.0, as presented by Dr. Wilfrid Schroeder at the NDRC-9!

The VIIRS 375m Active Fire Science Processing Algorithm (VFIRE375_SPA) primarily uses brightness temperatures derived from bands I04 and I05 to detect fires. The algorithm takes as input VIIRS 375m Science Data Record (SDR) files, along with the associated ... READ MORE
