Harvest Community Bank, Pennsville, NJ was closed by the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance, and the FDIC was named receiver. To protect depositors, the FDIC entered into a purchase and assumption agreement with First-Citizens Bank & Trust Company, Raleigh, NC, to assume all of the deposits of Harvest Community Bank.
