Peace Corps Director Discusses Volunteer Opportunities

Peace Corps Director Carrie Hessler-Radelet joins FIC director Dr. Roger Glass for a “fireside chat” to discuss the agency’s volunteer opportunities.

If you think you’re too old to experience the Peace Corps, think again. During a recent visit to NIH, agency director Carrie Hessler-Radelet described opportunities for people of all ages, noting that the oldest current volunteer is 87.

NIH ROADS ARE GIVEN NEW NAMES

NIH ROADS ARE GIVEN NEW NAMES

New official names were recently given to all NIH roadways in an effort to help visitors and postmen locate various buildings on the res- ervation. As a general principle, all roads were given names based either on their function or geographical location on the NIH site plan (see above).
