Changes to Unemployment Insurance Benefits Are Here

You will be redirected to our expanded unemployment system shortly. The Spring Update is finally complete and our Unemployment Insurance program may now be managed on Jobs4TN. 

Those that are looking to file unemployment claims, submit weekly certifications, or manage claims filed against your company (employers) may access their account on the website.


Create an Account

If you are new to the unemployment process, you will need to create an Individual or Employer account. Registering is imperative as unemployment is managed solely on Jobs4TN . To register for an account:

  1. Go to Jobs4TN.gov
  2. Click "Not Registered Yet"

Be sure to complete the entire registration process.


 

Recover your Account

If you've filed for unemployment in the last five years, we've already set up your account using the information provided when filing your unemployment claim. To recover your account:

  1. Go to Jobs4TN.gov
  2. Click "Forgot Username/Password"
  3. Choose Option 3, "Retrieve Both"
  4. Select "Individual"
  5. Choose "answer verification question on this site and display it' and click "Next"
  6. Enter your Name, Date of Birth, SSN and Zip Code
    If  your account was automatically created, use the same information that you used when filing your unemployment claim.
  7. Enter a new Password
    Enter Password: (8 - 18 characters, and must include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character.). Allowable characters are # @ $ % ^ . ! * _
