You can fill in the blanks of the forms listed below by typing in the requested information on your computer keyboard.
Print out each form when you complete your work. The form will clear when you close it.
NOTE: Effective July 1, 2005, N.D.C.C. 27-08.1-04 was amended to include this language:
"If the defendant elects to remove the action from small claims court to district court, the district court shall award attorney's fees to a prevailing plaintiff."
