Gulf of Maine Watershed Habitat Study - GIS Data

Habitat modeling data for USFWS priority trust species occurring in the U.S. portion of the Gulf of Maine Watershed. For more information please read the original report.
This GIS information is available on DVD by request from Bob Houston.

This directory (gis\gom\habstudy) contains two sub-directories:
analysis - GRIDs with combined scores for all species and groups of species; grids with groups of species contain data for each of the species.

species - This directory contains individual habitat GRIDS and occurrence data of predicted habitat for the original 64 species of concern and are organized as indicated below. The additional 27 species modeled in 2002 will be added as time permits. Metadata and habitat models are available for each of the original 64 species (metadata and habitat models for original 64 species) completed in 2001 and the additional 27 species completed in 2002 (metadata and habitat models for the additional 27 species).
Metadata for the background/occurrence data used to develop each species habitat GRID is also available for the original 64 species and the additional 27 species.
