con2grad ctl file

Hi,

I just ran into a problem today trying to convert grads files from a cdump file. It worked but the domain size I specified was larger than the number of integers allowable in con2grad.f (I3=nlon/nlat) so I changed this to I5. Perhaps this should be updated in the code since computational power is much larger allowing for larger domains to be run.
