Problem with trajectory cluster analysis

Postby lyx » January 8th, 2017, 5:32 am

Hello,

I was trying to do a clustering but when I do "Run cluster analysis" I have an error message:

Model started ... it is slower at the beginning
Started Cluster (Version: April 2015)
ERROR file in INFILE does not exist; remove from INFILE
complete name -
C:/Users/myf/Desktop/Yingxuan_Li/HYSPLIT/GDAS_2008/GDAS_MAN2008040100_0500_3885
3
filename used -
(spaces not permitted in filename)

Do you know what's the problem here?

Thanks!

The text file in your working directory named "INFILE" lists the trajectory endpoint filenames. Open the file in Notepad and look for this file. Is there a leading blank space in that line of the INFILE? If so, delete the space. The message says that blank spaces are not permitted in filenames.
