Warm Springs National Fish Hatchery is located on the Warm Springs Indian Reservation. Established in 1966, it began operation in 1978 to stock Reservation waters with salmon and trout.

The hatchery is on the Warm Springs River, a tributary of the Deschutes River, that flows into the Columbia. It is operated by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service on lands leased from the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs. The Confederated Tribes have sole management responsibility for fishery resources on the Reservation. The hatchery is managed in cooperation with the Confederated Tribes.
