Peace Corps in Guinea

There are more than 80 Volunteers in Guinea working with their communities on projects in agriculture, education, and health. During their service in Guinea, Volunteers learn to speak local languages, including French, Malinke, Pulaar and Soussou. More than 1,605 Peace Corps Volunteers have served in Guinea since the program was established in 1962.
