The new 2017 Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) contribution charts are out! These charts are great for figuring out how much you may want to contribute to TSP to maximize your contributions. You can find the TSP charts on our TSP page.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Change for 2017
In October 2016, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) raised the cap on health care flexible spending accounts to $2,600 for the 2017 benefit year. The Federal Flexible Spending Account Program (FSAFEDS) is increasing the maximum contribution to health care and limited expense health care flexible spending accounts for the 2017 benefit year. The new maximum contribution will increase from $2,550 to $2,600. You can find more information about this and other Flexible Spending Account benefits at www.fsafeds.com.

What is EBIS?
EBIS is an automated, secure, self-service web application that allows employees to review general and personal benefits information, and allows you to calculate your own retirement estimates. EBIS also allows you to make benefits elections for Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB), Federal Employees Group Life Insurance (FEGLI), and the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP).
Did you know?
You can only access EBIS if you are logged in with your Common Access Card (CAC). You must also have your Social Security number and EBIS PIN. This is to help protect your Personally Identifiable Information (PII)!

What is EBATS?
EBATS allows you the opportunity to see the status of your action(s) that are being processed by the Army Benefits Center - Civilian (ABC-C). After logging into EBATS, you will be able to see a summary of your current benefits, and any open/closed benefit action received at the ABC-C such as military/civilian deposits or redeposits, retirement and retirement estimates.
Please note: EBATS can only be accessed by logging into your computer with your Common Access Card (CAC) while on a .mil network.
