Where to Get Help

If you think that you might have a mental health disorder or if you just need someone to work through problems with you, help is as near as the telephone. Call our Access HelpLine at 1 (888) 793-4357 or 1 (888) 7WE-HELP any time day or night for a referral to emergency help or to a community based mental health provider for ongoing services. It is essential to find the necessary treatment and support to move forward on the journey of recovery.

You also can get information to help you or someone you care about understand more about mental illness, symptoms and treatment, and how to promote good mental health from a number of local and national organizations.
