SUBJECT: Additional IP address for NWSChat client users
          effective 14 October 2015

The National Weather Service (NWS) will be moving NWSChat
service to new servers. NWSChat users whose computers are behind
a firewall may need to add a new IP address to their firewall
access list in order to connect to the new servers. This action
should be done by October 14, 2015.

This only affects users of chat clients who need to have their
IT personnel add NWSChat IP addresses to their firewall rules.
Such users should have their IT department add this additional
IP address: 140.90.101.203 (TCP Port 5222 will continue to be
used for clients like Pidgin).

This does not affect web based NWSChat
(https://nwschat.weather.gov/live/) users.
