Oregon's Health Alert Network (HAN) connects hospitals, clinics, laboratories, public safety, EMS and many other public health partners via secure web applications that facilitate information sharing throughout Oregon and SW Washington. The system is managed by the Oregon Health Authority - Public Health Division - Health Security, Preparedness and Response Program.

HAN/HOSCAP Administrators User Group
The HAN/HOSCAP administrator user group webinars offer a chance to learn about the systems, discuss best practices, hear from other experts and discuss ways to improve. The typical audience are those that manage HAN and HOSCAP within their organizations.
Usergroup webinars occur every-other month on the third Thursday, (3:00-4:00 Pacific).
