Atmospheric Sciences

The Atmospheric Sciences Department, headed by Nancy Brown, is an interdisciplinary effort to bring together researchers in the Environmental Energy Technologies Division and the University of California, Berkeley, interested in atmospheric processes, technology, modeling and climate change studies. Focus areas include atmospheric aerosols, atmospheric chemistry, modeling, emissions, designing advanced instrumentation, and global climate.
