Coordinating Council Interagency Work

In his January 2005 State of the Union address, President Bush named the First Lady to lead the new Helping America's Youth (HAY) initiative focused on connecting at-risk youth with their family, school, and community to help children and teens reach their full potential. Nine federal agencies including seven Council member agencies, joined together to develop the Community Guide to HAY.
