OVERVIEW
VisiData is a software tool developed for the FHWA-NPS Road Inventory Program
(RIP), which enables the user to view and query RIP data collected on National
Park Service roads and parkways. VisiData displays forward-view and pavement-view
digital imagery, as well as surface condition data and an asset inventory of each
paved NPS road.
If you've found your way to this website, you've probably had some experience using
the VisiData software. And, if you've already viewed the VisiData Tutorial CD and
VisiData Tutorial and User's Guide, and you still have questions, you've come to the
right place. As you know, access may be gained through the above URL, or by clicking
on the VisiData link on the
homepage of the CFLHD website.
FHWA's goal in developing this website is to assist the VisiData user in navigating
through the software and to answer technical questions regarding VisiData.
