Monthly Movies Return

Now that the summer Mid-Week Movies series has ended, Eastgate Library will continue to show one family-friendly film each month. Movies are shown Saturdays at 2:30 pm in place of the regular Afternoon Adventure Club storytime. All movie are rated G or PG, and are open to the public. Snacks and drinks in closed containers are permitted in the movie room. We can't publish the titles of the movies we show, but we can give out clues...

Join us Saturday, September 27th at 2:30 for a 2007 comedy starring Cuba Gooding Jr. about 2 dads trying to keep their summer day camp alive. Rated PG, runtime 93 min.

And on Saturday, November 1st at 2:30 we'll show a live-action telling of Roald Dahl's clasic story of a misunderstood little girl named Matilda. Rated PG, 98 minutes.
