On December 26, 2007 the passage of The Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2008 restructured the the U.S. Trustee quarterly fees beginning with the first quarter of 2008. To assist you in determining the fee(s) that you may owe for any quarter, refer to the chart below. Note: 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1930(a)(6) continues the requirement of quarterly fee payment in the post confirmation period until the Court closes the case by Court Order for any Chapter 11 case that was pending on or filed subsequent to January 27, 1996.
