Please be advised the Solicitation for 0865-2009-004 and 0865-2009-005
have been amended to include a Local Need for 1010 and 1011 services,
indicated below. Please make sure that same is addressed in your response to
the RFP.
Local Need: "For purposes of random urine specimen collection, the vendor
shall randomly collect urinalysis specimens five days of the week. The
vendor has the discretion of having one of those collection days on a
weekend."

The United States Probation Office for the Eastern District of Missouri intends
to procure treatment services for federal offenders using Blanket Purchase
Agreements.
Treatment services are needed in Southwest Missouri (specifically Crawford,
Dent, Franklin, Gasconade, Maries, and Phelps counties) in the Eastern District
of Missouri,
for substance abuse testing/ counseling services. Required substance abuse
services may include, but are not limited to, assessments, urine collection,
sweat patch
application/removal, counseling (individual, group, and/or family), and
transportation. Interested vendors must respond on time, and clearly show: (1)
they can provide
services within the catchment area with a facility available for use, (2) such
services will be provided by certified, licensed professionals with experience
in such treatment, and
(3) prices of such treatment shall be as low or lower than those charged the
vendor’s most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and
conditions.

Description
The federal judiciary intends to procure treatment services for federal
defendants and offenders.
Solicitations may be issued for Districts in all the United States and
territories, including Alaska, Hawaii,
