Employee Self Service

The National Business Center (NBC) provides the automated solutions for employee self-service. Providing this capability is in response to:

• The National Performance Review and administrative downsizing
• Employee empowerment to manage their personal information
• The need to improve service while also reducing costs

The NBC uses the Office of Personnel Management's Employee Express self-service system to allow the employee the ability to manage changes to personal information such as addresses, taxes, voluntary deductions, etc.

The NBC uses the employment verification service of the TALX Corporation, "The Work Number for Everyone."
