A temporary,
voluntary work program for members of the military services
who are undergoing treatment or rehabilitation at military medical centers. This program provides service
members with meaningful career activity at DCMA, outside
of the hospital surroundings. Participants can explore their
employment interests, expand their job skills and abilities,
and gain valuable federal government work experience for
their future. Operation Warfighter is a great way to transition
back into the workforce, and can be a first look into the
DCMA environment if you are interested in participating
further in permanent employment and our "Hire a Hero"

Program (SCEP) is
an Office of Personnel
Management (OPM)
program implemented
by the Defense Contract
Management Agency
(DCMA) to introduce
new potential workforce
members to the Agency
by providing students
temporary employment
opportunities. Students
can apply for the
program through participating
accredited institutions
of higher learning.
Students completing
the program requirements
can be offered permanent
jobs in DCMA or other
Federal Agency's.!
