Our operations staff reviews all ECF (Electronic Case Filing) submissions by external users as a matter of quality assurance. As a result, the staff notices areas of electronic filing that require revision and correction by attorneys or their support staffs.
When this occurs, it often leads to calls from our staff to you, requesting corrections. In the hope that some of these calls can be headed off in the future, our staff implemented “helpful hints” to improve your electronic practice. We recommend that all electronic users read the helpful hints archives.
