LANDFIRE would like to acknowledge and thank everyone who has contributed data.

LANDFIRE has acquired three types of data:

• disturbance and vegetation/fuel treatment polygons — Public LANDFIRE Events Geodatabase (available for download)
• vegetation and fuel plots — Public LANDFIRE Reference Database (LFRDB) (available for download)
• feedback — which supported National and LF 2001 / LF 2008 "Refresh" mapping efforts

To determine if we already have your data refer to the Compiled Data table. The priority for the current data contribution period is to collect polygon disturbance and vegetation/fuel treatment perimeters from 2011. Refer to the Time Span field in the table to determine if the most recent data for your area has been contributed.

The Website Agency DB Table provides a list of websites or agency databases from which LANDFIRE acquires data. If your data is stored on one of these websites or agency databases, verify 2011 data are posted to ensure it will be evaluated for potential use in the next LANDFIRE update.
