We need to solve the energy dilemma, not make it more difficult. That's why I have and will continue to support legislation that boosts production and exploration of American-made energy; promotes new, clean, and reliable sources of energy; encourages greater efficiency and conservation; and cuts red tape and frivolous lawsuits.
The bottom line: energy is the lifeblood of our economy, and we need to make it more accessible and affordable. My four-prongapproach moves us in that direction. Increated domestic energy production provides an opportunity to put folks back to work and take the uncertainty out of where we secure our energy.
