    We refer to 452b as elder cousin because the star and planet are 1.5 billion years older than Sun and Earth.

    So, is orbiting a 'sun' into the habitable zone, that's why we called "Earth's elder cousin"? Is all th info we have?

    It is unlikely to be tidally locked in such a long period orbit.

    If you know the age of the star, can you estimate whether it would be tidally-locked?

    These are really hard to find (& we've found 11 other around M & K stars) so it means 15-25% of stars have such.

    U've found 1 such planet after years looking at stars inc. M dwarfs. What does this tell us about the abundance of such planets?
