EDA User's Guide

Enter E-mail address(s), First Name(s) and Last Name(s) in the spaces provided. 
Note: You may add up to three (3) e-mail addresses.

Click Submit button

Note: Invalid e-mail address will result in "E-mail address is not valid" warning to the AAI Administrator with a link back to the "Maintain AAI Contract Load Notification List" screen to try again.

"Update Complete." and "Welcome messages sent." messages will display.
"Last updated on:...by... " text will display and change with each change to the list.

A Welcome message will be sent to the new addressee(s). 

Note: If the Welcome message cannot be sent (network issues) "EDA could not send the Welcome e-mail" warning will display back to the AAI Administrator.

When EDA loads a contract document, each registered e-mail associated with the AAI will receive a contract load notification with a link to the contract document.  Addressees that receive multiple notifications for the same AAI will have their notifications combined into one e-mail that will list the multiple documents with links to each contract document.

Note:  When the contract loads into EDA, the notification process activates and EDA attempts to e-mail the notification to the addresses on the lists. Contract Load Notification is NOT an assured delivery method; it utilizes standard e-mail.  A delivery failure error is recorded in the Notification Error table for the EDA administrator to address. 

Update/Edit Notification List:

Click into E-mail address, First Name, or Last Name text box of existing addressee(s) to edit.
Click Submit button

"Update Complete." message will display.  AAI Notification Addressee(s) on multiple lists edited information will be automatically replicated to other EDA notification lists.
"Last updated on:...by..." text will display and change with each update.
