Responsibilities

On behalf of the agency, participates in negotiations of international industrial security arrangements with other governments, e.g. Program Security Instructions (PSIs), and liaises with policy offices within the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Military Department elements, and export agencies, i.e., State Department, Commerce and the Department of Homeland Security, (DHS) on international issues. This includes recommendation on international aspects of the NISPOM and other Department of Defense (DoD) policy and regulatory documentation.
