First register at Survey Monkey and a confirmation letter will be emailed to you. Only TEACHERS should register a group or class of students for the challenge.

Next, download the challenge educator guide.

Finally, following the general framework of the educator guide, guide your students through the activity making use of the recommended website links and free apps. Your students should plan to complete the activity by January 31.

If a student's answer is posted on the website, would it have their name, grade, and my name as teacher?

Typically we enter the teacher's last name and grade level. I'm assuming you're concerned about student privacy? We do not include student names for the sake of privacy.

How do I submit my class's space weather report?

If your class creates their space weather report in the form of a slide presentation such as PowerPoint or Keynote, then they should save the presentation as a PDF and email it to the Challenge Coordinator.

If your class creates their space weather report in the form of a video, then you should upload the video to You Tube or to your class's website and then email the URL to the Challenge Coordinator.
