Travel Directions

From Asheville, North Carolina

• Take I-40 West to U.S. Highway 74 (Exit 27).
• Take U.S. Highway 74 West to U.S. Highway 441.
• Take U.S. Highway 441 North into Great Smoky Mountains National Park to the Visitor's Center.
• Continue past the Visitor's Center and follow the signs to Oconaluftee Job Corps.

From Atlanta, Georgia

• Take I-85 North to I-985 (Exit 113).
• Take I-985 North towards Cornelia. (I-985 North becomes U.S. Highway 23 North).
• In Cornelia, turn left onto U.S. Highway 144 North.
• Continue on U.S. Highway 441 North into Great Smoky Mountains National Park to the Visitor's Center.
• Continue past the Visitor's Center and follow the signs to Oconaluftee Job Corps.

From Columbia, South Carolina

• Take I-26 West to Asheville, North Carolina.
• In Asheville, turn onto I-40 West (Exit 31B).
• Take I-40 West to U.S. Highway 74 (Exit 27).
• Take U.S. Highway 74 West to U.S. Highway 441.
• Take U.S. Highway 441 North into Great Smoky Mountains National Park to the Visitor's Center.
• Continue past the Visitor's Center and follow the signs to Oconaluftee Job Corps.
