Site Visit
L.32 Site Visit Information
(a) A site visit will be held in Oak Ridge, Tennessee on August 20, 2015 beginning at 9:00 AM Eastern Time.
(b) Due to space limitations, each prospective offeror team is allowed five representatives at the site visit. Note that all representatives must be U.S. Citizens.
(c) No later than August 17, 2015 at 4:00 PM Eastern Time, offeror teams must provide the name, organizational affiliation, phone number, e-mail address, and affirmation of U.S. citizenship of each proposed attendee to the Contracting Officer via FedConnect’s messaging function. To facilitate individuals’ travel and planning, the Contracting Officer will provide the meeting location and map to each individual attendee via e-mail.
(c) Written questions will be taken at the site visit, but answers may not be provided at that time. All questions and answers, including those not answered at the site visit will be provided in the same manner as other questions to the Contracting Officer.
(d) Attendance at the site visit is not mandatory. The Government will not reimburse any offeror for expenses related to attendance of this site visit.
