Checks or money orders shall be made payable to PE & LS Fund. Credit cards are only accepted for online renewals. No cash or money transfers are accepted. All fees are non-refundable.
1 If paid BEFORE January 31
2 If you do not reinstate before the end of the 4th year, license expires and you are required to go through the application process again.
3 If you do not reinstate before the end of the 2nd year, your certificate of authorization expires and you are required to go through the application process again.
