CalHFA loans require six extra pieces of paper to be signed, above and beyond a typical home loan. All those pieces of paper are here, in addition to the forms you'll need as a loan officer or broker to move a CalHFA loan—first or subordinate—along from initial signatures to the final close of escrow.
