| Educator preparation in Georgia is changing to ensure teachers and principals are ready on day one of their careers. Today’s work environment expects more of students than ever before; therefore, teachers and leaders must be better prepared to help them achieve at higher levels. As a starting point in this transformation, the policies that influence preparation and entry into the education profession are being changed.
